It is necessary when cleaning the appliance is unplugged or disconnected from the ignition key, so avoid having any problems during cleanup.

Ideally, after cooking you wipe with detergent or a degreasing agent to the exhaust hood that way not much dirt to accumulate.

You should clean it thoroughly once a week removing the grilles and filters. These can be easily removed and then sprayed with a liquid anti-fat leaving it a while to act, pass a soft brush and rinse with hot water and then let dry completely.

Review also inside the hood with a sponge with detergent and a product with ammonia being careful not to get the engine, then go over the outside and dry wiping all vigorously rubbing a dry cloth, finally putting everything in his arm place.

The lampshades never an easy to clean because it is a delicate material. Those made in the parchment are elegant, but very delicate and require special cleaning. A small hand vacuum dust removed them without any harm to their texture.

To keep them flexible and prevent the parchment from drying out and to break down, a cloth dampened with water and liquid wax is the solution.

If soil has been ideally strong detergent and a few drops of ammonia.
